  • Couple: the users who own the wedding registry associated with a wedding.
  • Guest: a third party who makes a contribution through the site.
  • Contribution: a financial contribution made by a guest toward a space of the couple's project.

2. Acceptance of terms

Use of the Site, whether as a couple, guest, or visitor, implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

3. Nature of the service

The Site facilitates the presentation of an interior design project as a wedding registry organized by spaces of the home. Guest contributions go toward the couple's integral design project, managed by the Studio. The Site is not a store, does not sell individual products, and does not guarantee the delivery of specific objects to the couple.

4. Contributions and payments

  • Contributions are processed through Stripe in Mexican pesos.
  • Accepted methods: credit or debit card.
  • The contribution receipt is issued directly by Stripe to the guest's email.
  • The Studio retains a [X]% service commission on the total raised, in accordance with the service contract with the couple.

5. Refund policy

Contributions are, as a general rule, non-refundable once confirmed, as they are applied to the couple's design project. Applicable exceptions:

6. Tax invoicing (CFDI)

7. Couple account

The couple accesses their dashboard via a magic link sent to their email. It is the couple's responsibility to safeguard access to their email account and notify the Studio of any unauthorized use.

8. Content and intellectual property

  • Renders, space descriptions, and graphic materials are the property of the Studio or its licensors.
  • The biographical text and photograph provided by the couple are their property. By uploading them, you grant the Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to display them on the Site.
  • Messages left by guests are the responsibility of the author. The Studio reserves the right to moderate or remove messages with offensive or illegal content.

9. Limitation of liability

The Studio makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability for interruptions is limited to the amount actually paid by the couple for the service in the last [N] months.
